Can your strata council make decisions by email?

Email for council members is very convenient, especially for those council members who live out of town or have limited access to meetings, but the standard bylaws didn't make a provision for email decisions, hearings or bylaw enforcement and, unless your council members are actively engaged and responding "reply all," they are likely disengaged from the council procedures.
